its a low grade courier service in haryana district sirsa .
i had to receive my fd certificate from tv18 group they given me the docket no. of courier and i was regularly going to blue dart office for continuous four days . but i got very foolish reply from the office. i will never use this service in future i can have all details but now its of no use.
I booked an imp doc frm your set-up in Gurgaon -122001 on Mar 5, 2012 for Pune under number 13267065350. As on date and time, it is still to reach me. Sad. Your tel no is unreachable. How does one find out about the fate of the consignment??????????????

Complaint against loss of intrnational doc Airway bill No.7966659665 sent from Thailand on 19.03.2012 for delivery to Mr.Rajeev Rustagi,H.No.45,Sector-44A,Chandigarh,India.It is to inform you that the said document contained very important legal docs which were urgently required by the court at dehradun.The delivery boy visited the given address on21.03.2012 at 3.15pm but found it locked and left a nondelivery note .i personally contacted the Panchkula office immediately on telephone in the evening and was told that the packet will be delivered to me today i.e. on 21.03.2012.I waited till 9pm on the 21.03.2012 but the document was not delivered.Next day i again contacted the Panchkula office at approximately 11am and was told by the branch in charge Mr Rajesh that the document has been misplaced and requested time upto 12pm to locate the misplaced/lost document.I immediately contacted the Delhi Customer care helplineNo66111234 and reported the matter to Pramod ,the customer care officer on duty who apprised me that the complaint has been noted and the matter is under investigation.Consequent to that I got a call from Ms Sunaina at about 2.15pm asking about the status of the document.I apprised her about the significance and the legal implication of the said document and assured me the proper resolution of the complaint.I again contacted Mr Rajesh,Branch Head at Panchkula and apprised me that he has already informed his principles in Thailand about the loss of the said document.i want a speedy disposal om complaint otherwise i shall be compelled to approach the Consumer court by filing a case for claiming the damages and compensation for any adverse legal outcome arising out of nondelivery of the document.Rajeev Rustagi (Senior Citizen),H.No.45.Sector-44A,Chandigarh,India.Mob.No.9814009393.

Refererence No AWB 42647858153 ,Wide the refered AWB CITI BANK Credit card is to be delivered at the address of Mohasn Nagar,Ghaziabad,but no courier company representative reached to above address to deliver the Card and the card is returned back as undelivered.
Again vide reference No AWB 42592895461 the same card is redirected on 30/03/2012 at the address of Pragati maidan Metro Station Building ,New Delhi but the same has not delivered as yet.

There is no pick up happening at Salt lake city timely basis. At the time of delivering documents the delivery persons are taking consignments at around 2.30 – 03.00 pm. Most of the cases office documents are ready around 5.00 to 5.30 pm and due to that one day delay for dispatching documents. The most critical is that if the documents are bigger volue and or size then not taking the consignments. Asking to call customer care and to arrange for. Otherwise we have to arrange deposit by self arrangement at local office.
i was supposed to receive my pan card via Blue Dart.On finding door locked one day,it has been mentioned wrongly that door was found locked 4 times and the important delivery was sent back causing great trouble to me….pls do not trust this courier service infuture for any important delivery…iam placing my complaint with NSDL also.

bluedart is a phatetic service that is given to a custm as my card from citibank is isseued on 16-04-2012 and on blue dart it is shown as undelivered on the same day without trying once…..plzz a bad service
your ranchi office/franchisse cannot deliverimp document,providing reason for unavailable man power .please see an alternative so that we are not harrased and bluedart,s image remains unquestioned.once the document is received it needs to be delivered at the earliest and not after 24 hrs

VFS hand over the doccuments to Blue-Dart Courier on 9th May,2012.From Blue Dart Somebody call from 28761565 regarding the address on10 th May.Today also I received a phone from Blue Dart abot address.When I enquired at Blue Dart on 28241234 they say that they have received nothing from vfs.If blue Dart has no message about shipment then why they are calling for address? This is regarding the AWB 58153947482, today afternoon 12:30pm I had spoke to your executive and informed that shipment should deliver before 5pm as customer will not be available and he has confirmed that material will be delivered before 5 pm today.
Second call I had made around 4:30pm spoke to your executive Mr. Sultan, he told me that material will be deliver before 7 PM only, When I informed him about my first call discussion with blue dart executive, Sultan told me that he will be inform the executive who has spoken to you within 5 or 10 mins. But I didnot got any call.
Third call I had made around 5 pm your executive told that material will only delivery before 7pm, if it is not getting deliver today they will try delivering the material for tomorrow before 5pm, if it is not happening tomorrow they will try for next day.
This is the way how your executives are giving information about the shipment.
As blue dart is fastest courier, that is why we ask our HO to book through your courier that to by Air by paying more amount. If we are not getting the shipment in next day then what is the use.

Bluedart delivered me a SBI Card in jan,2012, which i lost in April,2012.Aa such bank despatched me a new card in the SAME ADDRESS which was returned undelivered by Bluedart stating addressee could not be located,where as i was staying in the same address.Bank redespatched the card 2nd(shipment no 43892126681) and 3rd(shipment no 43898931215) time,but both the time it was returned undelivered stating the same reason.In between twice i had visited their office and made number of telephone calls with regard to the issue.Once i got the reply that since they could not locate me they redirected the consignment in the alternative address ie my office address,there also they could not locate me and deliver the card. This game is still continuing and i could’t get my card so far.What to say God only can save this organisation and its staff.Since iam very well present at the address,I have to believe that their initial delivery of the card in Jan was made either to a wrong person or they are making fun.It was not my first experience with Bluedart.Now i have no doubt in that it is a third rate courier and the Indian speed post service is the best.It would be better for the coy if the senior management is look in to such things.

I had placed an order with Snapdeal Order Number is P20543414753 and i received the order on 26/06/12 around 1:30pm. Blue Dart Awb 59002316380.
Amount payable was Rs.709/-.
I had even received a sms from Blue Dart to keep Rs.709/- ready in cash.
The person who had brought this courier home has charged me Rs.758/- and he claimed there was a bill of Rs.758/- inside the package. My Mom did not open the package then but after i reached home I checked and amount payable was only Rs.709/-
So, I would request you to kindly look into the matter and let me know about this as soon as possible.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
