You can track Bluedart shipment status on their main site. However, I’ve always been unlucky as when ever I enter any waybill or reference number I get ‘Tracking number invalid or numbers not found’ error.

sir/madam, i am staying at salt lake, sector III, kolkata. this is 2nd time i am writing regarding my credit card from axis bank which is to come through ur courier. two times the delivery person returned my credit card back to bank without commnicating / informing me. now 5 days back i met that fellow and asked him about my card he told me that he would not deliver it to me after my repeated request. he just told me that he will deliver it at my residence. now i am waiting for him for 5 days. he never contacted me and never came to my adress mentioned. it is requested to please look into the matter & deliver it as soon as possible. i m already disappointed with the service of blue dart.i never seen such poor service of any courier except this i am facing.
HSBC has send credit card but it is not delivered by blue dart airway bill when i called to customer care they informed me that there excecutive did not get my residence address it seems. when HSBC person can find my residence address for varification how come blue dart person cannot find, this shows there dedication in delivery,blue dart person can called me on my cell for guidence, Please improve your service, you have a good name in market please dont loose it.

i ordered a jeans from jabong.com which was to be delivered by bluedart in rewari. the order was placed on 28th of july and till now i didnt received my order. after 17 working days also i didnt received my product. the main culprit behind this is bluedart.

However on 05.09.2012 when we requested customer service over ph. # 22881234,we were informed rescheduled delivery date as 06.09.2012 between 1 PM to 5 PM. Unfortunately we waited for the whole day postponing our important commitments, but didn’t receive the said consignments. Again we had to contact over ph. #22881234 and got another rescheduled date 07.09.2012 between 1 PM to 5 PM. Finally both the consignments were delivered to us on 07.09.2012 before noon. I am living in amritsar. I recieved a phone call on friday last about my parcel from a delivery man, the next friday has come but the delivery man has not turned up as yet.The thing i wanted for a special occasion has yet not been delivered to me.I could not make out the cause of non delivery of my pacel.I think only the delivery man is an ineffecient and irresponcible person who doesnt bother the late delivery or even if the thing is left undelivered.Kindly throw out such irresposible employes who doesnt want to work.
