TubeMaster Plus allows you to capture / download multimedia files from various sites offering streaming video such as Youtube, Daily Motion etc. The files thus captured can be converted to the popular desktop formats such as AVI, MPEG, MP3, MP4 etc.
The software has a lot of excellent features which helps you to tide over small irritations and problems during the daily use. You can use the size restriction feature to exclude advertisements which normally are of short duration. It also has fantastic search utilities which help you to search for videos in large number of sites, capture them and convert to the formats of your choice.
The drawback of this software is the interface which is not user friendly and the fact that the application itself hasn’t stabilized yet. The tutorials are difficult to understand and you are left with many questions unanswered at the end of the session.
TubeMaster Plus comes with an autostart feature and also includes an internal browser. Multimedia files can be accessed either by surfing through its internal browser or by using the Media Search facility. The Media Download and Conversion module can be used to download the files and convert them to the suitable format of your choice.
Other advantages of TubeMaster Plus include the feature of not installing itself as a plugin into the browser and the ability to download and convert protected files from the internet.
