The Internet explorer version 8 is developed such that it provides Live Search by default, on installation. There are ways to add new search providers to it. To add a new search provider to internet explorer 8 first you need to Click on the drop down menu of the Search Box and select the option ‘Manage Search Providers’. This will open up the ‘Manage Add-ons’ window. Now you may add search engine of your choice and edit the offered choices. Now you need to click on ‘Find more search providers…’ option visible at the bottom left corner of the ‘Manage Add-ons’ window.
