You need more specialized applications at this step – for example, you can use WinFF to convert the download FLV file into a desired audio format (say MP3). The exact directions to convert the file will depend on the kind of software you use – if you are using WinFF, you have to do the following:
a) Launch WinFF, and select/load the FLV file(s) you wish to convert.
b) In the tab “Choose Format to Convert to” select MP3.
c) Start converting.
