Sometimes people try to trickily block access through specific web pages. When you are unable to reach websites like Microsoft.com ; or Yahoo.com; then you can go through the host files found at

C:\wnidows\system32\drivers\etc.

ACCESSING WEBSITES.

Suppose some websites are blocked and you are unable to reach them, first check the host files, erase the code lines [ex:127.0.0.1 facebook.com] and store the file. You can now use the browser to reach the site.
