Add videos to your desktop background in Windows Vista using Windows Dreamscene
Windows came up with a new feature that allowed you to add videos as your desktop backgrounds. This piece is for all those of you who haven’t really “discovered” the Windows Dreamscene. Here are the steps to enabling dreamscene on your desktop. But before that let me tell you that you’ll need a supported graphics cards and a not so busy CPU.
Step 1) Right click on the desktop.
Step 2) Select Personalize.
Step 3) Select Desktop Background
Step 4) Now from the dropdown list above select Windows DreamScene content.
Step 5) Select the video and voila!! your desktop’s all animated.

So far this addon is available only on Windows Vista Ultimate. All of you other vista users can take a look at Deskscapes to run Dreamscapes on your non-ultimate editions of Vista. I’ll be back with an how to on it soon enough!! ๐

This is good but I use Vista Home so i guess i won’t be having it but i’ll try Deskscapes. Do write about it. Is it something like a screesaver?
