From regedit – the Key entry – “HKEY_CURRENT_USER –> Software –> Microsoft –> Windows –> Current Version –> Internet Settings” has multiple entries (ex: 5.0, Activities, Cache, Connections, etc),
Which entry do you change ?

yeah it is most useful for me, but i think this technique is old one, because i have one more technique

goto – > Run – > gpedit.msc
in that filed under computer configuration select administrative template
now you can see on right side “network” select it then select”Qos Packet scheduler ” in that filed select limit reservable bandwidth select enable and set into 0..

after that surely you can better speed in internet..

Also to minimize firefox memory usage when its minimized. Just add this boolean value “config.trim_on_minimize” and set it to true.
