Mozilla Firefox 3 – Learn How To Trim The Big Back Button
Firefox 3 is loaded with advanced features which offer improved performance, sustainability, stability, code simplification and much more. A number of user-friendly features such as smart location bar, full screen zoom, single-click bookmarking, library etc. make Firefox 3 more personalized and easier to use.
However, the “Back” button placed on the toolbar looks extra large in comparison to the other buttons. Many of the users are perfectionists and do not like the extra large size of the “back button” which looks quite weird and inappropriate. If you are one of them, you may as well make the “Back” button look compact by making some simple settings.
Follow the below mentioned steps:
- Double-click on the Firefox icon on your desktop to open Firefox 3 browser.
- Place your mouse pointer on the toolbar and right-click on it. Select the option “Customize”. A window will appear with the title “Customize Toolbar”.
- Within the “Customize Toolbar” window, click on the checkbox “Use Small Icons” which is placed at the bottom.
- Click on the “Done” button.
Once you have made the settings, the “Back” button will look reduced and compact and will now look well-balanced with rest of the toolbar buttons.
