Recession seems to have hit Palm inc and whats making worse is a tough competition from Research in Motion Ltd and Apple Inc, as Palm lost a lot of shares to the above mentioned rivals.
In order to make up this loss, Palm inc is cutting down on it’s workforce.

The Treo 500v is now available for mobile subscribers. Launched with an array of features, the Treo 500v has been improved in aesthetics, feel and touch.
