  • You need to now navigate to the folder “My Dropbox” which you will normally find at the location “C:\Documents and Settings\ {user name}\My Documents\My Dropbox”. Right-click on the folder “My Dropbox”, select “Drop As”. Now, from the “Drop As” submenu, choose “Junction”.

  • Repeat Step no. 2 & 3 for all other folders that you wish to synchronize with Dropbox server.


Now that you are done with the above mentioned procedure, you will see duplicate copies of these folders in your My Dropbox folder. Any new updates done to these folders will automatically reflect in the duplicate folders as well. The moment any changes are detected in the duplicate folders, Dropbox will immediately synchronize the duplicate folders with the Dropbox server.
