When Will 2011 UPSC CSAT Notification Come Out ?

Official UPSC site had announced that the notification for CSAT examinations would be out on 17th of February 2011. Today is 18th and still the notification is not out yet. However, I spoke to one of the aspiring candidate and she told me that the notification will be out on 19th February, 2011, i.e. tomorrow.

This time there are around 800+ seats to be filled in through UPSC’s CSAT examination (Total number of vacancies to be filled in is given in another post).
